Assisting clients through all stages, Brett connects entrepreneurs with industry leaders to help establish their business profile, advises as companies expand, and works to ensure owners exit on their own terms.


Jack Gravelle:
Jack Gravelle is a partner practicing in Porter Wright’s Corporate Department. He helps emerging, high-growth and sustaining businesses raise and attract capital by providing legal advice about angel investment, venture capital, private equity investment, and strategic joint ventures. Jack advises companies of all sizes regarding contractual arrangements and other corporate law components.
